3 Aug 2009 – Meeting Notes

Sixty plus concerned citizens met at the Wells County Annex to discuss how we could come together as a group and oppose the several pending bills before Congress and also the direction they are taking us.

The meeting was led by Steve and Diana Huffman.

The audience was asked  for volunteers to fill several positions.  Several people stepped forward.

Melissa Lineberry, state coordinator for "Campaign for Liberty" discussed several important bills pending in Congress that we need to very aware of and follow closely.

Discussion ensued to find a name for our organization and after several proposals the name "Constitutional Patriots" was chosen. Our motto will be ''ENOUGH''.

Next meeting will be held on August 17, 2009 at the Christian New Light Church Fellowship Hall at 1011 W. Washington at 7:00pm.
