The Decline: The Geography of a Recession

I haven’t been able to verify the source of the work, but it presents a grim picture nonetheless. Stimulus worked?? Hard to tell by this.. I mean unless you pay close attention to the DC area.. notice its unemployment rate remains in 5.0 –5.9% range.
